A slower, more mindful practice that allows time between the poses for proper alignment.
Still move from each asana (posture) with breath but the movement is slower and flows more freely.
The class will begin in more dynamic flow (yang style class) where you will move freely with your breath and it will end by performing slower and more mindful movements (yin style class).
This type of class will allow for the student to be more aware of their body thus having a more mindful day/week.
