During this 6-week workshop the focus will be on finding movement with breath. It's a beginner friendly class but will allow you to push yourself a little further than you thought you could.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or you have been practicing all your life, this workshop is for you!
We will go back to basics and learn the fundamental principles of yoga and build upon them in each class.
The movements will start slow and simple and become increasingly quicker and advanced as we build on each week
