I remember when I started out I had no idea what I was doing or what questions I should even be asking, which made the whole situation that much scarier! 

So today I want to provide you with as much free resources as I can to help you get started in your practice, whether that is from home, with me, or live in a studio, and provide you with everything you need to feel comfortable as you get started!

How to Use A Prop in Yoga

Yoga props are amazing tools to utilize in a class and they can help you in so many ways. The beauty of a prop is that anything can be used as a prop. You don't always need to spend money to assist in your practice, you can use whatever you have in your home! Take a look and test some things out for yourself. 

Beginner Yoga Sequences

One of the hardest parts of building a home practice is knowing what the heck poses to do and where to put them in your sequence. I have created 5 different yoga classes for you to try out at home. As you follow along with the sequence you can begin to change the sequences slightly by lengthening or shortening the posture to create a different style of class. 

Pose Breakdown 

One of the most frustrating things about practicing yoga is not knowing how to get into the posture, or even how that posture is supposed to feel in your body. 

This free e-book will provide you with details of many common yoga poses you will see me teach in my classes. I will provide steps to get into the posture, ways that you can utilize the props to allow you to feel more comfortable in the posture & modifications that can be used to ensure that you are safe and comfortable. 

How To Meditate

Meditation does not have to be this complicated thing. It doesn't have to be scary, or daunting. Rather, it can be this beautiful practice of learning to let go of all your expectations & just be one with your self. 

This guide will provide you with different styles of meditations and will give you an idea of how to begin a meditation practice, as well as what style of meditation works for you
