Vinyasa flow means linking the breath with movement taking the student from one pose to another in a fluid manner. This brings the student into a more focused state and allows for a more physically taxing class.

Emphasis will be placed on stretching and strengthening the body while connecting the breath and calming the mind. Vinyasa is a more rigorous class with many more movements. Less modification will be taught as it is a faster paced class
