This class focuses on postures that will stretch and strengthen your front body as well as open up your upper back, shoulders and chest. It will help improve your posture and counter act the rounding of the spine that happens when we sit for extended periods of time.  

Heart opening postures allow you to feel deeply connected to the world around you and feel unconditional love and connection with all. This connection allows you to feel the postures more deeply and really engage in the movements.

This class will be a gentle vinyasa flow class that incorporates core postures and heart opening postures. You will move through suryas (flows) at a slower pace thus really feeling connected to each posture.
