WORKSHOPS ARE A GREAT WAY FOR ALL LEVELS OF YOGA PRACTITIONERS TO DEEPEN THEIR PRACTICE AND ADVANCE THEIR SKILL LEVELS AS WELL AS THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF A CERTAIN ASPECT OF YOGA THAT IS BEING TAUGHT

Workshops allow extra time to focus on aspects of your practice that you may not be able to do in a regular 60 minute class. 

This extra time allows you to explore your own practice and focus on the areas you wish to deepen. 

During workshops you will have more personal time with the teacher thus ensuring you gain the knowledge and skills you wish to.

During this workshop we will focus on embracing all the changes that this time of year brings. The changing seasons, the change in weather, and our changing bodies. 
There will be a mixture of slower moving yoga practices, vinyasa flow practices, yang/yin practices, and a full yin practice during this workshop.

Spring Into Action 
Spring is a time for starting fresh. Clearing out what doesn't serve you and starting with a clean slate. 
Join me on your mat to help release what does not serve you after a long winter and to bring all that the beauty that spring has to offer into your life! 
This workshop is suitable for all levels. We will start slow and build on the poses that were learnt the week before.
 
Since summer is just around the corner and camping season is almost upon us I have created this 4-week workshop to help fit into everyone's busy schedule.

Excellence is something to strive for. Be excellent in your everyday life. Be excellent in your practice. And be excellent in everything that you do. 
That does not mean you have to be perfect. On the contrary, it means that you are striving to meet your full potential in everything that you do. 
This is something that we should be striving for each day so, I have created a 6-week program that focuses on just that; striving to be your very best. 
This workshop will run for 6-weeks consecutively and will focus on movement with the breath as well as feeling the postures in your body. 
We will not focus on how you look in a posture rather, we will focus on how that posture feels in your body. As the classes progress you will begin to see changes in your body as well as your mindset and, hopefully, you will begin to see your excellence! 
So join me on your mat this spring and lets be excellent together!
